The Baelo jewelry collection is inspired by ancient Rome, specifically by the ruins of Baelo Claudia in Cádiz. As I walked through Baelo, I was transported to an era of contrasts: free and enslaved, rich and poor, a time of culture, wisdom, beauty, grandeur. This is how this collection of irregular shapes came about, with wrinkles like those of papyrus, and soft folds and contours like pieces molded by time.
